What's an iGolds account id? How do i get an iGolds account? |
| An iGolds account id is composed of at least 5 numeric characters. Just like your passport number, an iGolds account id is unique identifier for your iGolds account. As soon as you complete sign up for iGolds, iGolds.net will automatically assign an iGolds account id for you and send it to your e-mail box. The iGolds account id will be required when you log in to iGolds.net, receive payments from others, or do some other actions. | |

What is my password? What happens if I lose it? How do I recover a lost password? |
| Your password is the key that accesses your account. It is at least 6 characters long, and case-sensitive. Your password is stored in our database in one-way encrypted form, so that even we cannot learn it. Never reveal your password to anybody - not even to an employee of iGolds inc. You cannot access your iGolds account if you forget your password. After you click on Forget Password and answer several questions about your account, iGolds will generate a temporary password to your account, and send it to your e-mail box, you can use the temporary password to log in your account and reset your password. |

What is my merchant password? What happens if I leak it? What should I do if I leak it? |

When a customer pay with iGolds at your online store, iGolds server will send a payment notification to your site. At this point your site need to use your merchant password to verify the payment in order to filter out fake payments. If your merchant password leaked, an attacker may be able to make a payment notification including fake info and send it to your online store, your site will accept it wrong. Once you find that your merchant password may be leaked, you should immediately log in your account and change your merchant password, and update your online store with new merchant password. |

What is a Transaction id? |
| The transaction id is a unique number assigned by the iGolds system to each transaction. The transaction id appears on all iGolds payment confirmations and appears as well in your iGolds account history. The same transaction id appears in the respective account histories of both payer and payee; therefore, the transaction id is a useful reference when communicating about an iGolds payment. | |

How do I make money in my account when gold up or down? |
| iGolds offers Gold Price Lock Services, anybody who has an iGolds account is able to enjoy the service at any time. If you expect gold up, You may lock a specified amount of funds (up to 10 times more than your balance) at gold price. For example, you can lock $1000 if your balance is $100. When gold prices rise from $800 to $880, you will earn $100. If you expect gold down, You may reverse lock a specified amount of funds (up to 10 times more than your balance) at gold price. For example, you can lock $1000 if your balance is $100. When gold prices fall from $800 to $720, you will earn $100. |
